First time staying and absolutely loved it! This hotel will now be my home away from home when I visit London again. I loved the vibe and how quiet it was. Also smelled really good! Staff were all absolutely lovely, and the location was perfect, close to the Marylebone and Baker Street stations, lots of taxis and easy for Ubers to get to. Will definitely be back!

Charming Hotel and Lovely Stay

Lovely hotel with amazing staff who are friendly and helpful. The service was great, the hotel restaurant was delicious. It was hot in London and having an air-conditioned, comfortable oasis was key. Very charming decor.

Stayed at the Dorset Square in August for my wife’s birthday and again in September for an event at Wembley, (couple of minutes from Marylebone station which is 9 minutes to Wembley Stadium). Staff are fantastic, very warm and welcoming. Rooms are beautifully decorated and well maintained, as are all the other Firmdales we have stayed at. Lots of choice at breakfast and lunch - would recommend the cheeseburger.

So amazingly clean throughout, and in a great part of the city, 3 mins walk from Baker St tube station and 3 mins walk to London Business School. Food and service in the restaurant for dinner also really good. I will definitely be staying again and highly recommend.

Wonderful staff and a very comfortable and beautifully decorated clean room. The only negative thing I can think of is that our rooms (and we did not opt for the basic options) were extremely small and compact. I have never stayed in a hotel room so small.

Firmdale Hotels are the best!

Firmdale fan and this was my first stay at the Dorset Square. The manager could not have been more accommodating and the staff incredibly friendly.

Had an amazing overnight stay at the Dorset Square Hotel. Lovely room, with a view over the square. Although on a busy junction couldn't hear any traffic noise what so ever. Welcoming staff on reception and throughout the hotel. Breakfast in the potting shed was excellent, again staff very friendly and professional. Will definitely be back.

Great designer hotel in Marylebone

Lovely, cosy hotel with very comfortable beds in a prime London location within walking distance of Marylebone High Street. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. For food options, we didn't think too much of the onsite restaurant, but plenty of other options nearby.

Aaron was a delight and offered great recommendations! Decor is unbeatably charming, and staff is friendly. Rooms were pristine, comfortable with thoughtful touches (pillow mists, personalized welcome notes etc…). True to boutique hotels in big cities, the room was tight, would just be conscientious of checking approx size when you book room type if that is important to you. Marylebone Village is approx an 8 minute walk, with subways within 2-5 mins. Overall lovely stay and look forward to visiting again.
