This hotel has a newly renovated spa and gym. I would strongly recommend this. Everything else is consistently excellent. Excellent staff. Easy check-in. The management has really made a significant effort after covid to keep this as one of the premier hotels in London.

A simply beautiful hotel, superb staff providing effortless service and hospitality. Food is of the highest quality, great variety and something for everyone. A truly elegant environment, reminded me of the atmosphere witnessed at The Ritz, however not so stuffy !! A great hotel which i will certainly have no hesistation in booking again.

The property is bright, clean, the staff was lovely, and the breakfast was wonderful! The room was big for London, and the air conditioning was a life saver during this historic heat wave. Would stay here again!

From the Doorman to Reception, the Housekeeping, Bar, & Restaurant staff you are made to feel so welcome, nothing is too much trouble and they are all so very friendly and extremely professional. The rooms are delightful, most comfortable beds, fabulous linen and the best shower! Breakfast, snacks and lunch & dinner menus all good and the food top quality, the prices are on par with a high end hotel.
