Hotel dengan Kolam Renang di Kilburn

"I was disappointed to find that there were no water or amenities refills on my last day. As these are basic expectations for any hotel stay, I was surprised that they weren’t provided. I hope this can be addressed for future guests. This keeps the feedback clear and constructive! Frankly, this will be my last visit to Novotel."

"The property itself was nice. The room could have been better, the bathroom wasnt as clean as I expected it to be especially with the price that I paid. I asked to be moved but I was asked to pay for the change. Customer service should have been better. Its the first time Ive asked a hotel for a room change or complimentary upgrade and been asked to pay."

"Close to everything"

"Just south of the river, but still very close to Knightsbridge and Chelsea. An added benefit we hadn't considered when booking is that the hotel is only a 5 minute walk to Battersea which is a great destination also. Lovely big room with a huge bed and separate bath and shower. It may have been the 2 nights we stayed, but it was significantly less expensive than staying in Chelsea proper. Would stay here again"

"Perfect location to stay for the Union Jack Classic Football game. The room was nice, the bed comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. The rooftop bar was also great with cordial and hospitable staff."
