"We had a great one night stay at Point A Paddington! Our Room was ready on arrival and the room was extremely clean and had everything we needed (towels,hairdryer soap and shower gel). Smaller than I expected but served its purpose. There wasn’t a kettle in the room but the desk downstairs sells everything from noodles to tea/coffee so you won’t go short. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was extra as I didn’t book direct but I will next time as it was great. Lots of different continental items of excellent quality. The location was perfect for train/tube links at Paddington though we would probably stay more centrally next time. Just a personal choice not a reflection on the hotel. Thanks for a great stay"

"The staff, both (Medhi and Sandeep) were very friendly and very accommodating throughout my stay. Unfortunately the hotel does not have a lift and my room was on the 4th floor. However they kindly took my case up to my room, Although check out was earlier than usual but they allowed me to leave my luggage until I was ready to pick it up."
