"Lovely hotel with fabulous staff. Nice comfortable room with good coffee maker and good bath/shower. Excellent location near Oxford Street and very accessible from Bond Street Tube. Standout in this hotel are the excellent staff - super friendly and so helpful. "

"Convenient property for the Marylebone area. It was clean and comfortable. At this price point, however, breakfast should have been included. We requested a 30 minute earlier check in, in advance. This would have made a big difference to us, however it could not be accommodated. "

"The service was exceptional. On the second morning I was woken by the sounds of construction taking place in the room above mine. It went on for hours. When I informed the staff at reception, with my permission they moved my things to a suite while I was out. I was traveling alone so the suite wasn't essential, but I appreciated the gesture. All of the staff was very kind and welcoming. A steak ordered from room service at 2 AM exceeded expectations. A great experience overall. "
