"Staff was immensely helpful in helping us organize taxi, underground to the airport. It turned 91 degrees in London and there’s no air conditioning in this hotel or many others. They brought us a fan to use. The staff was very helpful in any way we needed and other than the heat, we can’t complain."

"The breakfasts were excellent. The family room in the basement (room 30) was very noisy starting at 6:30 am each day. All we could hear were suitcases being rolled across the tile floors over our head. I mentioned this to the counter staff and all they said was sorry! We have stayed here twice before in the family room basement suites and they were very quiet. Stay away from this room at all costs."

"The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean but very outdated and the AC had a hard time cooling the room. The shower pressure is amazing but the toilet struggles to flush. The hotel is very close to public transportation so that is very convenient, and there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. In the UK it's listed as a 4 star hotel. I'm the US it would be a 2 or maybe 3. The breakfast buffet at The Green Stag (in the hotel) is really good and worth paying for as part of your room package."
