"Overpriced hostels, it's alright overall, but their customers service is horrible, I ask them multiple time over multiple day for clean towels and I only got them on day 3, they do not clear our room regularly either, I upgraded to have coffee in my room and they keep forgetting to give us coffee and would mix decaf with regular cafe even after requesting no decaf, its full of young students everywhere and the room are ridiculously small ( even after I upgraded my room to more space which...

"Brilliant stay at The Ned. Such a lovely hotel with old school charm. Loved the Spa and the Rooftop Bar. Disappointed with the food we had in Millie’s Bar. The Bites were great & the wine too. The atmosphere was lovely but the main meals let down the overall experience. This aside, it’s not put us off returning to the hotel as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
