The staff was fantastic—helpful and friendly. The common areas downstairs were lovely. However, the room's condition was disappointing. The floors and the lower part of the walls had many scuff marks. Overall, the condition of the room was not what was expected for the high price of our stay. It could use a refresher in its condition and decor.

The property was my most favourite to date to stay in London. Being in Marylebone was a perfect area, along with the shopping, dining and being nearby a tube when you take the tube. Another hotel I stayed in London wasn't bad, but service and accommodation by the staff by Holmes Hotel London far exceeded my expectation.

I highly recommend the hotel. The room was excellent, and the ambiance of the hotel added to one's oomfort. Classy is how I would describe it. From the hotel there is a five minute walk to the underground. You can also walk to the many shops on the high street. Staff are readily available to assist you in the hotel. They approach you with a smile and are always eager to help.
