"駅からのアクセスが非常にわかりやすく、到着が完全に日が落ちて夜でしたが、安全に辿り着きました。セキュリティ面でもエレベーターはキーがないと作動せずしっかりしていると思います。
部屋は十分広く、古いものの良く整備されています。収納も十分にあり、バスルームも使いやすかったです。
朝食ビュッフェもしっかり食べられました。
マイナスは、洗面がちょっとつかいづらかったことと、洗面台の排水がかなりつまりぎみだったことです。
また、受付の方が英語のわからない私に辛抱強くフレンドリーに接して下さいました。"

"Lovely hotel, friendly staff and comfy beds. Our only issue was that our room’s air circulation system kept jumping up to 21 degrees when we were out, which was not what we needed when we wanted to come back to an icy cool room during a heat wave! But it quickly cooled each time when reset on the system."

"Had an enjoyable five night stay in June with a friend in one of the two twin bed rooms, facing the interior of the building, so very quiet, albeit a small space. Our room was ready for us when we arrived early, which was a huge bonus and very appreciated. We were here during a heatwave, so the air conditioning in the room was a true lifesaver. The "closet" was a wooden bar with four clothes hangers sticking straight out from the wall as you walk in the door.

"We were very disappointed with the state of this apartment. Three main troublesome areas:
1. The pictures in the listing are deceiving — the apartment is much older and has not been kept up. The carpeting, couch and appliances are very old and worn.
2. The common areas are in very poor conditions, even less maintained and borderline filthy — carpets and walls were very dirty with tons of stain marks and are in serious need to be ripped out and redone.
3. The windows in the bedrooms didn’t...

"We stayed one night, seeking to be near the train station. The hotel is easy to find, easy to walk to with luggage. There is no ramp, so you need to carry bags up the stairs to enter. We booked a family room. The child bed was a roll-out cot and not very comfortable. The room had air conditioning, though, which was a huge plus in the London heat. The bathroom was super clean. Cafes are nearby and the location is great. I recommend the hotel to travelers who want to be near Euston or St. Pancras,...

"No AC but fan was provided, it was very hot so had keep all windows open. Property is next to a community centre so very noisy all the time. Coffee machine and kettle was provided but no coffee pods or tea bags provided. I have reached to guestready support team but advised that I should buy from nearby shop. I am not sure how they are expecting that guest will carry coffee pods for the coffee machine brand they have put in the property. Check out time was 11am but got an email night before that...

"All the dishes were dirty. Flooring was messed up and I stepped on nails. No hand towels. The stairs were atrocious to get up and down. This place wasn’t safe. It was run down. Dirty.
