"Fantastic for a business trip - great location and great facilities - also a work space area next to the reception which saved me trudging through the rain to an office.
Big clean room and great food and drink options"

Inmejorable."

"Smallest bathroom I have ever seen. Makes a cruise ship bathroom look big!
Our cans of soda exploded in the fridge at night ( temp obviously set way too cold) and I thought a gun went off. Tiny narrow stairs to take suitcases up/down. A definite pass on this one"

"We were very disappointed with the state of this apartment. Three main troublesome areas:
1. The pictures in the listing are deceiving — the apartment is much older and has not been kept up. The carpeting, couch and appliances are very old and worn.
2. The common areas are in very poor conditions, even less maintained and borderline filthy — carpets and walls were very dirty with tons of stain marks and are in serious need to be ripped out and redone.
3. The windows in the bedrooms didn’t...

"Room was modern and decorated beautifully, this was my second time staying here and will definitely be returning. The room and building was clean and extremely quiet. The hotel is just around the corner from Euston station and Warren Street. There were shops about 1 minute away and suitcase storage as you can’t check in until 2:30/3pm.
You will receive emails and a text on how to check in/check out.
Thank you for another lovely stay."

"It was clean and convenient. Check in was very smooth. There was ironing board and fan in the room which I travel for business and would not choose this for a long term stay. There is a cooktop but no pans for example. It was good for a 4 night stay."

"Tolles Hotel, sehr guter Standort. Nahe an div U-Bahn Stationen.

"All the dishes were dirty. Flooring was messed up and I stepped on nails. No hand towels. The stairs were atrocious to get up and down. This place wasn’t safe. It was run down. Dirty. Shower smelled of poop. Not a chance would I ever stay in this dump of a hole for the price. The owner clearly doesn’t care about their property."
