"Clean, spacious room and washroom. Felt very comfortable. Breakfast was good, they had bacon so I’m happy.Felt it was a little bit out of the way, did not feel there were many shops around but then again I’m not very familiar with the area and they did have bicycles and there’s always grab to cycle down to old town. They also had shuttles from hotel to old town and to the beach."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Allegro Hoi An and highly recommend it. Traveling with a teenager, we especially appreciated the pool and golf putting area, which our son enjoyed after daily excursions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, providing excellent recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and local activities, while also helping arrange tours and transportation. We would especially like to thank Min, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. Min secured a quiet space for an important work call, arranged a packed breakfast before an early excursion, and shared excellent local recommendations. Most importantly, Min’s warm and welcoming attitude made us feel genuinely cared for. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality of the entire team. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction made our family trip to Hoi An truly memorable. Thank you to Min and the Allegro staff for a wonderful experience."

Palm Garden Beach Resort and Spa

"Palm Garden Resort was absolutely stunning - it was extremely well maintained and beautiful from every angle. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile on their face. Our room was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed and more - big bed, TV, air conditioner, hairdryer, drying horse, wardrobe, dressing table, umbrellas, robes, slip on shoes, etc. To top it off, the room was serviced twice a day and the staff always left a couple of biscuits in the evening which was a nice touch and they were delicious. The buffet breakfast was also super delicious and had so many options. There were a couple chefs there every morning who were cooking eggs to order and staff would either ask you or you could ask the staff to make you a coffee. The resort also offered a shuttle bus into Hoi An city three times a day and back three times a day which was really great. My only critiques would be that the pool was a little too warm which wasn’t very refreshing to swim in and the equipment in the gym wasn’t well maintained, it was a little rusty and old, it was also quite hot in the gym which wasn’t very inviting. Regardless, we’d definitely stay at the resort again, we really loved it there. Thank you for having us!"
