"Great location. The Chinese new year festival was right next-door. There's a lovely park with an ancient tea room and art exhibit nearby. Lots of shopping and restaurants. The bed is super comfortable with excellent sheets. The toilet is amazing. Breakfast is delicious."

"almost none of the pictures are accurate ; It’s is not one minute away from nanjing rd; it’s about 20 minutes driving. Jade Temple is the only one close (about 5 blocks from it. At the beginning they gave a room with a restroom and shower in a transparent box! You can see through! I had to ask for different room and they tried to charge me for that; finally I didn’t ….be sure you download didi app for taxis it’s a complicated area to ride a taxi."

"Want to say that this was an exceptional stay at the Mandarin Oriental Pudong The modern Luxury style and the location of this hotel appeal to me and it truly befits the MO Brand it is the staff that have made my 2 day stay so memorable. Each member of the team that I have met was friendly, welcoming and no request was to difficult In particular want to mention the outstanding service offered by the MO Club Staff team (Apology for not remembering. The name of the ladies) They went way and above their duty to ensure that my Vegetarian dietary need where met. Also want to mention he Front desk team for also providing and exceptional service that always welcoming and friendly I highly recommend Mandarin Oriental Pudong to any person visiting shanghai "

"I recently stayed at The Westin Bund Center, Shanghai, and had an exceptional experience. The property is beautifully maintained, with every area feeling clean, modern, and welcoming. The hotel’s location is outstanding—close enough to walk to many major tourist attractions, yet set just far enough from the busiest parts of the city to provide a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, motivated, and genuinely dedicated to providing great service. The team at the Westin Club Lounge deserves special recognition for their attentiveness and professionalism. I would especially like to highlight Gloria Ma, whose warm hospitality and exceptional service made my stay even more memorable. Overall, I highly recommend The Westin Bund Center for anyone visiting Shanghai. It’s a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service.
