"Loved our stay here, located near to 2 train stations (Gojo station and Kiyomizo Gojo station) at about 10 min walk or 20 min walk to Kyoto station. Staff were so helpful and always willing to help and guide you. Free shuttle service to Golden temple and the shuttle driver was really nice and guided us for further shuttle services available from different Monday apart hotels to bamboo forest. "Nice and clean smell. Walking distance to area. Helpful staff. Only thing is 2 washer and dryer door all guest which was not very convenient since it’s always occupied "

"The staff were extremely helpful, storing luggage, arranging luggage transfers and offering use of their phone for a local call. Kids loved the bunk-beds and it was definitely handy having an in-room washer-dryer. The room was comfortable for a family of 4 but we were disappointed at there being no good views as the hotel is only a few stories high, in a quieter street. I had high expectations due to the Mimaru brand having great reviews especially for families, and while it ticked all the boxes...

"It was great. The employees were very helpful. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. We would definitely stay there again. The only downfall was the AC system but it’s probably just because we are not use to Japan heat. Overall this place is AMAZING! "

"Excellent room with plenty of space. Convinent location within easy walking distance to bus stops, subway station, and Nishiki market. Very friendly and helpful staff. I needed to search for a place to rent a wheelchair for my mother. The hotel staff offered one to us for free to use for the entire duration of our stay."

"The place is not too close to transportation, but it is quiet, comfortable, easy check in with physical person, and offer coin washer and dryer which is nice. The space for the value is extremely good. Lots of space for family of 4 or 5 in one room. "

"Dejligt rummeligt værelse med to enkeltsenge og en sovesofa. Eget køkken og fint bad med bruser. Alt i fantastisk stand. Hotellet virker helt nyt. Stedet har en rigtig fin placering med let adgang til Gion, metro, restaurant-områder mv. Ok vaskefaciliteter, som dog er lidt begrænset og den ene af to vaskemaskiner virkede kkke. Ind og udtjekning er via tilsendt kode og qr, men der er venligt og hjælpsomt personale tilstede på hotellet. Vil klart anbefale stedet. "

"親族でコネクションルームを利用。キッチン、バス、トイレどれも２つずつで使い易く、大人数でしたがゆったりと過ごせました。スタッフの方々はフレンドリーで、困ったことがあればすぐに対応してもらえます。烏丸四条駅から7分と少し歩きますが平坦な道です。京都駅からの市バスがホテルのほぼ前に停まるので、それは便利でした。"

"Beautiful hotel in a nice area. Very walkable. There were some areas that were not perfectly clean like the floor surrounding the bed and nightstands. A pleasant stay and would recommend. "

Best place for solo female traveller

"Best place for solo female traveller to stay if u wanna go around gion-uji-biwa area. It’s located infront of main road and it’s easy to spot the hotel. It’s also easy to bring your luggage from sanjo station. The room space is spacious and i really wanted to extend my stay for one day but i have other plans."
