The ceiling fans & A/C kept us comfortable, and the location was just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, ATM, and shops....

The area is a bit quiet, which is nice, but transportation is limited if you don’t rent a car. Breakfast was very good, and overall the service was excellent. "We are very happy to stay at your villa The staff is excellent The whatsapp group is great, very convenient and always available. Thanks for everything. Some points for improvement 1. The ants in the kitchen and outside 2. The sunbeds are outside without mattresses (we asked and were told that there are no mattresses) And in general, a villa that hosts 4-6 guests must have a respectable outdoor seating area and not just 2 sunbeds."

"This place was the private Villa and quiet beach that we needed. If you want the hustle and busy bustle Koh Samui has to offer, this isn’t it. Great included breakfast each morning and the staff was very accommodating for anything we, our child, and my parents needed, including transportation. "

"The beach area was beautiful it was clean the easy to reach from the hotel , there were other restaurants based along the beach so dining experience was wonderful to be beside the sea which is has not tidal . The area was quiet but this made it more special. The staff were most helpful and assisted in arranging a collection and drop off to the local ferry port. We could pay using card transfer and this assisted as there are many places which do not allow the same service and only want cash . We would very much like to return again in the future . "

"Family vacation, rooms (we had 2) weren’t ready on time of check in, we had to wait 1.5 hoirs at the top bar. We got coupon for “free drink” - I would expect much more than that. We ordered fruit shake but there was no Bananas and no mango so not really enough options. We were completely unsatisfied. When we finally got our rooms it was in the lowest floor ( we ordered”mountain view” rooms so it is quite ironic as we were literally 1 meter above the ground. Additionally, the stair railing outside the rooms were just being painted while we checked in and there was a pungent smell of fresh oil-based paint. I was also extremely mad as I specifically asked for two adjacent rooms , however each one was on a different floor level. Overall when I complained the manager in charge just said he is very sorry and offered 20% discounts at the hotel restaurant- I didn’t know whether to cry or laugh! Breakfast was somewhat lacking. The buffet was poor, not enough tables in the dining hall, slow service. There is definitely lots to improve! Nice architecture- somewhat weird and clumsy though! Reminds me of the board game Snakes and Ladders. Only one elevator (4 buildings) and long climb and walk to the pool- which luckily is fantastic so it made our all stay enjoyable after all. Missing full size mirror in the rooms."
