"Great location - walking distance to Paddington St and Edgware Road St . Staffs were friendly . Housekeeping done everyday and satisfied with their services. Very easy to find halal restaurants"

"Room, bath towels and bed sheet did not smell fresh. So awful that I had to buy spray mist to freshen the room. Daily Housekeeping was late at 3pm No face towel in the bathroom. Very bad for Hilton name. It does not meet the 4star standard at all. "

"I was disappointed to find that there were no water or amenities refills on my last day. As these are basic expectations for any hotel stay, I was surprised that they weren’t provided. I hope this can be addressed for future guests. This keeps the feedback clear and constructive! Frankly, this will be my last visit to Novotel."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and it never disappoints. The staff are consistently polite and friendly, and the rooms are always spotless. It’s always an enjoyable experience, and although this visit was only for one night, I hope to stay longer next time."

"Really great location getting the one bedroom apartment was spacious, it’s not glamorous but it’s very comfortable. I’m more than happy to give five stars here because the staff were amazing. It was a small bed but it was only me so it wasn’t a problem. The lounge was comfortable. There was coffee and tea making provided and it is a really accessible location and very close to the railway station with great restaurants. Highly recommend you for your next day in London here."
