"Great staff"

"Rooms were small, clean but well appointed. Shower enclosure was tiny but bathrooms were also small. Staff were ok, but kept getting 2 rooms booked mixed up. Worst aspect was that the AC keeps you awake all night. Not ideal. "

"Photos online look nice but this was quite an underwhelming stay. The building is OLD and creeks with every step. The lift was broken most of the time, the room was old with mold on ceiling in bathroom. Room chandelier was detached from ceiling. Walking up to the hotel at night made us feel like it was haunted. They had a "Fairy Magic" Conference going while we were there and the place smelled like weed in different parts. On the positive side, the staff was very nice. "

"This hotel is short walk from Queensway underground, Hyde Park and Diana memorial Kensington castle across the street . lots of great eating places . It’s a short walk to Nottinghill . Our room was clean and very comfy and quiet . . We would stay again "

"Clean room, steps away from the park, shops and a variety of restaurants. Quiet location, you couldn’t hear the sounds of the street. A few minutes away from 2 different Tube stations. The hotel was beautiful - lobby, dining area, staircases. I loved my stay there and would definitely book again! "

"Room was clean and tidy but very small.The staff were really helpful. Shower water pressure was extremely low which was a bit inconvenient. Finally, the walls are very thin so sounds travel easily. Having said all this, the location is good and the hotel was affordable and nice. "
