Lovely stay! Arrived early morning my sister and they allowed us to check in early which is a big blessing after a long 8 hours flight. Mini bar items were complementary as well. There was active construction going on but that didn’t bother us.

Don't get me wrong - I fully enjoyed my time at The Caesar. There was just a lot of construction taking place during my visit which was mildly disruptive. The gym was out of commission (although they did comp the mini bar items for the entire stay as a result) and they were renovating/relocating the lobby so there were workers in and out all day. Once I was in the room, I couldn't hear anything, but the elevators were sometimes limited due to the work being performed. Having said that, it's a fabulous location and I wouldn't hesitate to visit again once all of the work is complete. The staff is magnificent as well.

The manager and staff are amazing, and the breakfast is excellent. I’ve stayed here three times and it’s now my go-to hotel in London. I’m looking forward to the renovations being finished, hopefully without higher rates.
