"The position was excellent, a couple of streets from Harrods’ and close to 2 tube stations as well as the V & A, Natural History Museum and Royal Albert Hall. Very spacious with huge comfortable beds, balconies off the bedrooms with table and chairs and air con in the bedrooms. Absolutely great in all respects. Be awakes though that there is a quite large security deposit and they also ask for ID on arrival."

"The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is well situated near major museums and Harrod’s department store, in between two subway stations. The full kitchen is very hepful and convenient. We loved our stay and would book again."

"Every staff member went above and beyond to help and support. Special shout out to Sadiqu for kindness he showed when I shared i was staying there because it was part of my 60th Birthday gift. The location of the hotel is great for a plethora of places to visit, sightseeing and places to eat and shop. We had a meal at Min Jiang restaurant on the 10th floor, so the views were lovely. I had the duck that everyone in the hotel recommend. 1/2 a duck cost £56 but it was worth every penny. Thank you...
