Crystal Crown Hotel Petaling Jaya

"Decent stay overall but Wi-Fi and keycard policies need improvement. I stayed at Crystal Crown Hotel PJ for one night. Overall, most things were fine and the room was clean, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and the location was convenient. However, there were two noticeable drawbacks. First, the Wi-Fi speed was slow; I experienced frequent lagging even while using Zoom and watching YouTube. Second, their keycard policy is unexpected; they only provide one keycard per room and require an extra deposit if you request an extra keycard. This isn't something I typically encounter at other hotels. It’s a fine choice for a short, simple stay, but hopefully management can upgrade their Wi-Fi and review their keycard policy for a smoother guest experience."

"As always, I had a warm welcome from Siti and Yana at the reception. Always familiar and friendly faces. As usual, stepping into Somerset Uptown Damansara feels like a home away from home. Right next to Starling Mall with plenty of food choices, retail and cinema. Asked for my previous room in my last visit and Siti was very obliging and professional. Will continue to patronize this hotel for years to come."

"Amazing breakfast spread. I think worth the price. Really kind, polite restaurant staff. 5 star level food. Pool, gym, amenities pretty high class. Rooftop view is amazing. We stayed for almost 14 days in total. First leg the room was amazing. Then we went to Johur Bahru for a few days then came back for the last leg of our stay. Unfortunately, for our second leg, the room was NOT GOOD. There were water damaged floorboards, the room had old scratched up furniture, and for a couple days everytime we went down to the garage, it absolutely stank like sewer. I get it's a building shared with a mall, but still hotel management need to be aware of this. Overall I would have given the stay a solid A, but due to poor room conditions and the smell in the garage for our second part of stay, I'll give it a B+."
