"I have stayed here multiple times because of its great location and convenience. Spending time by the poolside makes me forget the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and offers a truly relaxing, tropical vibe. The staff provided wonderful service, and I had an amazing time. I look forward to my next stay."

"Great space. Convenient location. Good range of facilities."

"Even though hotel says Bukit Bintag it’s a little further away. Breakfast was ok and rooms were not great and the sofa in the room was a bit dirty. Rooms were very small. Staff didn’t show care and smile is not there. Wonder why these hotels can’t train their staff to smile and show genuine hospitality concern. Stayed for a night so can’t complain too much"
