"The room was terrible. Smelly, not clean and even the bottle watter in the room was opened. I have been staying Wyndham around the world and this is the worst."

"The balcony lights not working, checked by staff says fused but no action done. Balcony jacuzzi water heater sucks. Not able to fill up hot tub. Water icy cold. Wasted money on having a jacuzzi, no housekeeping services or towel changing services also poor. Left clean towel on sofa but did not remove the soiled towel we pile up for them. No microwave in 3 bedroom. Difficult to heat up food using the convention oven."

"It is a good apartment to stay in, the view is great when the weather is clear. "

"Booked a single bed, given a twin instead. Asked for a changed and even were asked to contact expedia, but didn’t give any compensation anyway. Towels have black spots, window seal were broken, bathroom smelt like smoking, complicated maze to go to room & reception."

"Staff were great! Very accomodating, and assisted us beyond expectations…We would love to spend our vacation with this Hotel soon."
