"Very bad experience Although the staff was very nice But lots management and facility issue 1. 7 lifts CANNOT accomodate with 40+ floors of the building. Take 1 hr to get the bellboy bring the luggage up/down. Have to use stairs to parking lot. Worse situation during breakfast time and check out time 2. Breakfast area too small. CANNOT fit with number of guest. No table to sit. Empty food not top up. Long que at egg station. Breakfast substand. Nothing great with rm60 per head breakfast....
