"There is no disposable slipper, no mineral water and no toiletries so have to prepare ourselves. Hotel location is the best with a lot eateries and shopping area around and plenty of seating areas to rest your foot. Overall is a good place to stay."

"The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights."

These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar. "Overall was good, but the towels were filthy and stained, which is unacceptable. Asked for new ones, but some were still stained too. This gives you 1 star as hygiene is a must for any hotels"
