"Overall comfortable stay, hotel has facilities like self service laundrette at your own expense. I was not well, but to have essentials around nearby helped (7E, atm machine at groundfloor), petrol station, cafe & restaurants nearby etc. Our 2nd time staying, this trip we opted deluxe double room which is more spacious & window with nice greenery view. Room is equipped with essentials like slippers, coffee tea, kettle, iron & ironing board, wardrobe, reading lamp, massive tv with netflix....
"We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. It was very nice and clean. Also with fully furnished including washing machine. The rooms are very huge and comfortable. The balcony view is extremely wonderful. The breakfast is great. Highly recommended to stay."

Although the staff was very nice
But lots management and facility issue
1. 7 lifts CANNOT accomodate with 40+ floors of the building. Take 1 hr to get the bellboy bring the luggage up/down. Have to use stairs to parking lot. Worse situation during breakfast time and check out time
2. Breakfast area too small. CANNOT fit with number of guest. No table to sit. Empty food not top up. Long que at egg station. Breakfast substand. Nothing great with rm60 per head breakfast....

"Lifts are very slow. I have waited more than 20 mins for a lift to come on my floor. This is embarrassingly slow. The first time I experienced this in my hotel stays in the world. Pool side was full and also had to take food on the floor like a beggar while paying for a hotel. "

2. I had requested a smoking room in my reservations & even sent a message to remind. I received an email back saying allocation is based on availability.
But during check-in I was informed that the whole hotel is non-smoking. Would be good if I was informed of this prior so I can manage expectations. "
"Everything is good, just the lightnings in the bathroom are a bit too dark, the eperation of tv was clearly instructed, it cause a few calls and a visit by the mainrenance team, can be avoided by just a short instructions note the room.

"doesn't match the 5-star hotel status. Only 2 lines for check in, where 1 line is for priority members, and both lines wait for their turn for approximately 10-15mins each guests.
I do not know why check in takes this long.
When it is my turn, it is the same, where the staff just stares into the computer for 10 mins.
Furthermore, any requests that were made before my arrival was not noted although the staff has remarked that she will put a note on my booking. None of the staff found any notes for my booking.
Room is also dusty, and the toiletries tray is full of dust.
I will not stay here again."
