"We were really blown away when we arrived at this hotel after an 11 hour flight. Bellhops and check in staff all in pristine uniforms. "The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were really nice. The staff was great. There was construction in the lobby that was affecting being able to enjoy the lobby. I was charged for a full breakfast when the breakfast was not being offered to its fullest capacity due to construction. It made me feel like customer service was lacking and I never sought breakfast at the hotel again. Other than the construction issues and mediocre service during that time the hotel is lovely. "

"The bad first: Check in time was 3pm. We arrived at 3.45pm. The first room was available immediately while we were told that the 2nd room was still being cleaned so we were asked to hang around in the other room. Our room was finally given to us at 5.45pm but luggage for both the rooms weren’t delivered till 6pm even after we called multiple times and told the staff we had to go out for dinner.
