"The staff and facilities, and access to the beach were great. The food in their resteraunt was good, not excellent, but good. You do have to provide your own filtered or bottled water and your own shampoo and soap which was disappointing.
I would have given 5 stars except the wifi wasn't available in the rooms, you had to go outside in the heat and humidity to get wifi. Also, it took them 4 days to fix our AC in the main room, so we had to blast the AC from our bedroom to cool the room.

"Overall Aquarius on the beach is an excellent budget hotel. I traveled with my 14yr old daughter, and stayed 7 nights. The pool was clean, the beach was lovely, the food was excellent and the staff were kind and helpful. We were there during a cyclone and felt safe the whole time. "

"Very friendly small resort . We felt welcomed, seen and waited on. Kayaking, fire dancing and other activities were offered free. Great stay close to Natadola golf course; which was an exceptional experience. We were rained out after 13 holes and they gave us a rain check. We came back and played another 18 with great rental clubs!!"

"Bedarra Beach Inn is a gem! The property is small, but well maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the beach and pool. However, what made our stay so special and perfect was the outstanding staff who made every effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The staff truly elevated our experience!

"The customer service is top notch. Great staff. The Bare's are quite nice and the dorm could use a little love with the screens / lockers, but overall the Bula Bula vibe is real and the location is amazing- right on the beach - not far to Aquatrek- where I highly recommend the shark diving!"

"We stayed here for a week, and there was plenty to keep ourselves and our 7 year old entertained. We were initially hesitant to put our son in kids club, but he had an absolute blast. There are three sessions of kids club each day: morning, afternoon and evening. The evening one is great as it allows the adults to have a peaceful dinner together while the kids race frogs and party. The beach and reef were better than we expected from the mainland, and there were lots of gorgeous fish to spot...
