"Bathroom floor was scratched and in a tired state. Objected to the In Room dining delivery charge considering you need to collect the meals yourself. If there is no delivery by hotel staff then why the charge?"

"Good value hotel. Centrally located with easy access to tram, cafe, restaurant and attraction. Stayed here a couple of times before. Unfortunately this time our room wasn't clean and missing additional security lock. We asked for the room to be cleannes properly the next day but it wasn't done. Management eventually gave us a different room which was clean. Despite the issue, we would return and recommend as all our previous stays were good."
