"We stay at the Four Seasons Sydney every year for Christmas and it never disappoints, the rooms are very well appointed and maintained, location is fab and we enjoyed morning walks of Sydney harbour and we always get the club included and love that too. Can’t wait to be back this year."

"Shower was almost unusable, literally trickling/dribbling out with no pressure even when the basin had good pressure and we spent ages adjusting it because it constantly changed temperature. On the last days we had to only use the hot tap and that was just warm. I did complain about that and the fact that we weren't getting replacement toilet rolls so we were down to just the one on the reel that we were worried would run out. I think our bed was made but the sheet wasn't replaced because there was a little blood mark on the sheet where she had a scratch on her leg the next day. I still had some stubble in the basin the next day. Used teacups were not replaced and there were no dish cleaning facilities for us to us. Curtain had no stop on it so came right off when pulled over. I am not a snob about these things, but all these things added up to make it feel ick. Skirting boards were really dusty (this would not have passed my rental inspection that lists this as an item) and there was crap on the shower grout, table bedside had stain on it"

"The room was a dirty (shower and carpet)and the Manager was helpful to change us to another room, but the Hotel needs maintenance, is noisy because of the trams and elevators need new buttons. I would not recommended it."

"Light in the coffee cupboard was on all night could not turn it off , so it lit up the room . Receptionist was rude on check in . Corner room was very dingy , could not sit on the balcony as the air conditioner was so noisy and the view was the kitchen vent system . Really not worth the money . Won't stay again . But nice hotel anyway "

"Everything was fantastic, from hospitality to location! The only down fall was black mold in the shower."
