"We had a two room apartment...it was BIG. The kitchen contained all the modern appliances you would expect and the living room was comfortable with two sofas. Both bedrooms had en-suite showers. It was a 10-ish minute walk to the Harbour and the area was quiet. The room was accessed via an open air external courtyard with walkways on all floors, which appeared strange - so if it rains you get wet. Not a problem though. There is a restaurant on the ground floor, but be aware while it serves...

"Parkside was a pretty good accommodation because it is within walking distance of Auckland CBD, which we wanted to check out. The units were a good size to hold 3 of us and our luggage. The only thing missing was a central table with chairs. However, the dryer of the washer/dryer did not work well. Our clothes smelled musty even after drying them a second time.
