"I was a late check-in & left early so was in my room for less than 12 hours but they made it really easy for me to pick up my key & I was able to drop off my key in the morning. I've stayed at a few hotels over the last few weels weeks and this had been one of my favourites, clean and a comfy bed. When I reached out with questions they were responded to fairly quickly.
