"Loved the hotel, but you need to make sure you book your dinner otherwise they won’t let you into the restaurant. The staff there were not as enthusiastic as other places, especially the reception. We had to ask for more towels as we only got 2, even though the booking was for 4. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask for that to be done. The staff at the restaurant were otherwise good and enthusiastic, but I think I got food poisoning from their buffet."

"We were just there 4 days and paid extra at the rime of our reservation for cooked breakfast. Every meal was exceptional with ample portions. We also had access to continental breakfast items which was all exceptional

"The staff was always friendly and engaging but the service wise at the bars and restaurants was slow. It takes ages before they will reach out and offer a drink or food menu. The hotel doesnt provide any tours and doesn’t collaborate with the travel agencies to offer such services. They dont have any entertainment either, it feels like you stay in the retirement community. 🙃 It is centrally located within the walking distance to the major institutions and downtown area."

"A perfect stay at this beautiful resort. The staff was exceptional, the dining/food options were great for a weeklong stay. We had a Club Level room, which gave us access to free breakfasts, high tea and happy hour appetizers daily - the BEST! "This is a great location to experience Fiji for the first time. There are two beaches included in the resort that are walking distance to each other.
The food was great with lots of choice and good quality.
The cocktails at the pool bar and drinks were delicious made by Oscar and Seru.
A fantastic benefit was free and unlimited use of the kayaks, snorkels and fins.
The evening entertainment, in particular the singer and the choir were absolutely fantastic!
