"Really great hotel when staying in Paddington. Super close to the train station so location is perfect for getting around. Room was pretty small size even though I booked the largest room option but this is typical for London. Extremely clean and house keeping came every day. "Pros: -Staff were pleasant - especially concierge desk and valet at the entry... they were the BEST! -Location is fantastic - so close to Westminster Bridge, The Eye, Trafalgar Square, etc... very central to so much history!! -Pricey Cons: -The room we were given we had to wait nearly two hours past check-in to get the room{they were still cleaning it) - I didn't see any other guests simply waiting to get in, other guests got key and went directly up to rooms -- It made me wonder if it was...

"Room was clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. However, the floor of our room was squeaky and a little noisy. Wifi connection was also patchy, so we cannot use the internet most of the time when we are in the room. The facade of the building was dated. Staff very helpful and room attendant has done a tremendous job with keeping the room clean and tidy."
