"Stayed at Pan Pacific from 20-22 March 2026 for a birthday celebration in the Devonshire suite which was a beautiful, spacious room with great features including the record player. The spa was a delight and the ambiance was up there with the best spa day experiences i have had. Great location next to spitalfield and Petticoat lane markets. Also,Brick Lane was a great mix of vintage, asian influence. Worth noting, the windows in the room are a great feature however they were extremely dirty...

"Apex is a wonderful hotel. Our rooms were clean and comfortable (especially the beds!). Size of bathroom was great as well with a bathtub and good sized shower. The closet space is generous, with mini fridge and kettle, tea and biscuits/popcorn; which is nice touch! The location: this hotel is 3-4 minute walk to Tower Hill tube station which makes it very easy to get around. Also very close to Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Thames, Leadenhall market, Sky Garden…it’s a fantastic location."

"Faultless! Location is fantastic but so quiet with it being on a quiet pedestrian square. Staff were all super friendly, hotel is spotless and our room was 10/10 comfortable. Nice touches with unique mini bar additions and fun design touches in the room, really recommend :)"

"The set up of the hotel is amazing! they have kept the naming and original structure of the school building which is streamlined, clean and original. Celebrated my wife's 50th so it was the perfect place to do it and my wife was impressed with staff and the hotel. Location is right near Tower Bridge - great spot to be as lots to see and do near the Thames."

"We booked the night away for our 11 year wedding anniversary, expecting to get a more peaceful night's sleep then we do with a small child at home. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. Throughout the night we were woken up by doors slamming and banging. By 6am, we decided to give up and head home. "Wir waren 5 Tage dort und ich würde es jederzeit nochmal buchen. Ein sauberes Zimmer mit kleinen Ausnahmen. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Spa-Bereich ist wirklich hervorragend – besonders der (Wirl-)Pool und die Sauna laden zum Entspannen ein. Lage auch sehr gut 10 Minuten von der Tower Bridge und der nächsten Bahnhaltestelle. "
