"The staff was exceptional, from the gentlemen at the front door to the people at the front desk. They made our stay. The room was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures and the bed was very soft. Beautiful restaurants, but expensive. "

"A very warm welcome and early check-in which was much appreciated. Check-in was highly efficient. Doormen were very friendly and eager to assist. If anything, front of house service was a little overbearing.
