"I arrived and the room wasn’t ready upon the 3pm check in time I was given. Took almost an hour. Then I get the room and the toilet flush is broken. I request for it to be fixed and it couldn’t be so then I moved rooms. The second room I was given has multiple spiders in the ceiling. I came and told the receptionist and asked to speak to management and management refused to come talk to me and told the receptionist to tell me that the hotel is booked so settle for tonight and then see if there’s...

"Although early check-in was offered and I received confirmation that it was accepted when I arrived at the hotel, we were told it was subject to availability. If this is the case, don't even send multiple emails offering these options.
The staff person who checked us in was not helpful. Did not offer us multiple key cards and was very dismissive."
