"Really cozy room, very nice location, bathroom was clean, kitchen utilities as well. Only thing was that the stairs in the building up to the room were a little unfortunate and very narrow. That wasn’t a problem for us but it is worth mentioning."

"The hotel and the staff were great. The only advise I would give staff is that when people check in to just inform them of how the lifts work (as you need to use your room card key to work them) and how to switch the air con on in the room (took us an hour to suss out we had to press a button on the top of the panel to turn it on). Other than this it was a lovely stay over and it was very comfortable! Thank you "

"The property was clean and well-maintained, with great facilities, and overall it was a comfortable place to stay. Check-in was a little clunky at first, but the staff resolved the issue quickly, which I appreciated.
The biggest downside was the noise. There is a very busy bar below the property, and you can hear everything. On the Thursday night of my stay, there was a DJ playing from 9:00 pm until 1:00 am, making it difficult to relax or sleep. You can also hear people outside very clearly,...

"What a weird a** place this is.
This hotel does a great job straddling the line of being friendly and unhelpful. They act like they are nice but really they just want to be mean. The hotel itself is well appointed but the presentation is a bit pretentious. It's trying to be fancy but really it's just weird. It is not family friendly. We tried to have a coffee one day in the cafe but there was no server. Then we ran into some trouble with kids pool time as the TV stated the window was 9-noon...

"Lovely looking hotel. Room was nice and big but a bit of wear and tear, chips in the coffee table etc, pool was nice and warm but not told enough about it at check in, had to ask where it was, then when we went down was told all lockers fully booked had to leave everything by side of pool. Lady who checked us in and out has absolutely no social skills or good customer service, didn’t even wish us a nice stay or ask if we had a nice stay at checkout, wasn’t impressed with the attitude.
