"We specifically booked this place for the kitchen as doing long hours and couldn’t afford to eat out all days but there was a kitchen with a coffee machine and kettle - no proper cookware as said on the listing. We also had no info on check in until we had to ring 20mins before. Additionally - we thought we had booked a private bathroom and had to then pay more for that through a bit of a dodgy WhatsApp system. We also ran out of toilet paper and was told multiple times more was being brought...

"I enjoyed the convenient location. Loved going to Box Park. Sainsbury’s is close by - but the baked goods section does run out fast. The lodging served my purpose - enjoyed it. Be warned - there are no lifts; but not a problem if you’re fit. The kitchen is available on the second floor - never encountered anyone using it when I did. I used it to get hot water and utilize the washer/dryer."

"I booked this apartment because I was attending a work event nearby in Shoreditch. I knew it would be basic and wasn’t expecting luxury, but there’s a clear difference between basic accommodation and somewhere that hasn’t been properly cleaned or maintained.
Several areas were not clean, particularly in the bathroom. The shower screen had heavy marks and build-up, the shower fittings had visible deposits, and the grout was discoloured. The overall finish felt tired and poorly looked...

"I'm going to be really fair. Our stay was actually great. Don't book if you are fuzzy and it is an issue for you wear down flooring or not so pretty decoration. I can't be #profanityerased# to pay double for something a little bit pretty. It's a decent bed, clean enough, awesome location.
On the management side was awful. I booked the day before and I had to get Expedia involved the night before travelling at 10pm because I didn't have the exact address, codes for access and the necessary...
