"Really good for our family. The room was almost two rooms which made it perfect with a bed either side. Breakfast was good, loads of areas so not too busy. Location was perfect. Staff were great. Pool is a bit basic but ok. "

"Great hotel and location right near the Tube! We enjoyed our stay. The bar has a large selection of cocktails and the housekeeping staff does a wonderful job with the daily service. We had an AC issue the first night and had to be moved to a new room, but the staff handled our concerns quickly which was appreciated. "

"We arrived just before 12pm and placed our suitcase into the concierge which is excellent. We did this as we could not check in until 3pm and therefore went sightseeing into London for the day. When we came back at 8.30pm we found our room was still not ready as they had not placed a bed for my daughter in the room which was requested prior. The staff took another 60 mins to put a bed into our room so our daughter couldn't go to bed when she wanted to. The staff apologised but it came across like we were in the wrong in how they spoke. Nothing provided to us to apologise for this inconvenience. In addition our hotel window was broken and the air con didn't really work so the room was very hot. The hotel views are amazing and the location is great for tourists looking to explore London. However the hotel does look tired and does need a revamp. "

"Microwave, refrigerator and even a dishwasher and washing machine in the room. Rainfalls shower, super nice place. Would definitely recommend."
