"The staff was exceptional. Feana, I may have name misspelled ,was so kind. Showed us rooms beforehand and ended up upgrading our room at no additional cost. Convenient to tram, felt very safe walking out and about. Cafe and bar restaurant provided great service and food at reasonable prices. Would stay here a 100 times!"

"A nice place with accomodating staff. It's convenient to a few nice site-seeing places (Tower of London, Tower Bridge, some of the cathedrals) and quiet at night. That said, if you're looking to participate in the arts scene or with closer access to night life, I might stay further west. "

"Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Rooms are small but comfortable. My only beef is the bed was too close to the wall which made it challenging getting out of bed and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up. That's challenging for a guy. Complimentary coffee and cookies are good. Centrally located. There's a nice market across the street, Market St. Tube nearby, Tower Bridge, HMS Belfast, River Thames, monument dedicated to the fire of London in 1666, an incredible market right across the Tower Bridge and if you like Indian/Bangladesh food or into Jack the Ripper, the East End/Whitechapel is close. I would recommend staying here. "

"Amazing staff. The nicest people. The hotel is very comfortable. Bed is nice. Bathroom was huge. Gym was great. Jean-Jacques checked us in and he was the nicest and had the best attitude. Everyday, we were greeted with friendliness and happyness by everyone we went by. "
