"Great location with everything you needed. We stayed in the studio room which was plenty of room and clean. Only issue was the air con unit was difficult to turn off from the panel and soon realised there was a light switch by the bathroom (weird wiring) that turned it all off as the room was very cold to start with. Apart from this, it was perfect for a night’s stay. "

"Check in was quick as I completed pre-check in online. The property is on a quite street in the city mile. I had a junior suite which was a great choice, spacious and big bathroom with separate shower, toilet and bath, plus walk in wardrobe. Japanese toilet is a nice touch. "We stayed at Andaz London for five days. Overall, the experience was decent, with clear strengths and some drawbacks. The location is excellent – very well connected by bus and train, making it easy to get around London quickly. The King room was adequately sized and well equipped. The minibar was refilled daily, and the espresso machine with fresh capsules was a nice touch. Bathroom size is fine, and the toiletries smell great. However, there are several issues. "Breakfast was just ok, the toast tasted like sour dough bread which i dislike and the most unpleasant thing was ALL the seating was on high tables and chairs, being just 5ft i struggled to climb on and off, i noticed other ladies having the same issues, it was most uncomfortable "

Get a reservation at nearby Bouchon Racine for a fancy French meal while you are here. About a 30-40 min walk to main attractions like Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, but the advantage is that you get to stay out of the large tourist crowds. "
