"Hotel was perfect"

"Rooms are good. A comfy chair in the room would be good. TV stations are very limited. Disabled bathrooms in rooms have high toilets and high wash hand basins and out of reach taps. No shower curtain so you could spray the room. Breakfast was good and plenty of choices. Room service is at extortionate prices, but plenty of restaurants nearby. Swimming pool disabled changing room has no lockers, unlike the men/women changing rooms. The pool is full of unsupervised kids jumping into the pool....

"Everything about this hotel was pure perfection. It was perfect from start to finish. Every staff member was so friendly and attentive - from those on the ground floor with the concierge to reception to the room maids/cleaners. We stayed at this hotel last year for one night but had to visit again this year for two nights to properly appreciate the hotel whilst celebrating our wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. "Absolutely amazing stay here. We were staying for our 10th wedding anniversary and everyone made us feel special and welcome. Nothing was too much hassle or a problem. The food was delicious. The spa was so relaxing, clean and perfect. The whole stay was phenomenal and we will be back. Thank you for making our anniversary so perfect."

"Excellent room, beds, view, and location 😁"

"Great location with free access to the well equipped Leonardo hotel spa and gym which is just round the corner. The room itself was ok fairly basic in terms of equipment but adequate if you don't want to cook much. I would recommend this studio room."

"This is a great place in central London that is very reasonable and has a great staff, bar and Kitchen. Nice updated room with good climate control and a wonderful breakfast area overlooking the streets of London."

"Loved the property, location and staff. Can’t wait to stay again next time we are in London."

"I was disappointed to find that there were no water or amenities refills on my last day. As these are basic expectations for any hotel stay, I was surprised that they weren’t provided. I hope this can be addressed for future guests. This keeps the feedback clear and constructive! Frankly, this will be my last visit to Novotel."
