"Cleaning staff appear to be a bit hit and miss these days - soap bottle left at sink open and empty as if it was going to be refilled but was forgotten about. No loo roll in the communal loo. Rooms are very hot in summer without aircon."

"Great location to majority of the historical locations. The main locations are walking distance from the hotel. The view matters to me when selecting a room and I was amazed by the Tower Bridge, especially at night. My only minimal complaint was that I went to London during the heat wave and there was no AC. So my stay was a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, I would definitely book again at Tower Bridge."

"Stayed for 6 nights, 2 guests in the room. The hotel is in a great location with lots of transport links as well as plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The area is also quiet at night so you can definitely sleep well. The room was great and we made use of all the amenities. We had a nice view from the 17th floor looking out the back of the hotel. The bed was comfortable, the working TV in the sitting area was nice to have during World Cup, the air conditioning worked well throughout the heatwave, the decent size fridge kept our food and drinks cold, and the dishes and utensils were very handy for our meal deals. There's also a washer/dryer combo laundry machine and a dishwasher with detergent pods included for both. Great place for an almost week-long stay. Only negatives are that the shower is separate so it may be awkward if you stay with someone, the washroom had a bad sewage smell, and the floors were not cleaned properly as it was quite dusty on arrival. There's no service if your stay is under 7 days, so we didn't expect to be disturbed by housekeeping in the middle of our stay. We had the DND sign out on our door for the entire stay, but one day someone just opened the door while we were inside. That was a little bit unsettling, but other than that it was a pleasant stay and I would consider this hotel again for future visits to London."

"I only stayed in the hotel for one night while travelling through London but it was fantastic. Both members of staff on the front desk could not have been more helpful, the room was spacious and in immaculate condition with a fantastic shower and a very large comfortable bed. I like the added touch of the games room with free to use pool table and arcade machine along with the free coffee machines dotted around the property. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will be using it again on my next trip to London."

"Booked a double and a twin for a couple of nights in London. There’s a lovely vibe in the hotel and the staff were possibly the friendliest and most helpful of any hotel we’ve stayed in. Rooms are small - particularly the double - but overall would very much recommend it. Great spot."
