"The hotel is located at a very strategic location, walking distance to China town, paddy’s market and darling harbour. The room is good and spacious for us. They provide free coffee at ground floor, got water dispenser too. But we rent a car there, we have to pay AUD35 per day for parking. "

"First time at this chain. Attentive staff, clean common areas. Hotel was busy, but the lifts ran well with very little wait time. Room was clean. Plenty of supplies in the bathroom and tea/coffee bench. Aside from worn door handles on the cupboards, a very positive and enjoyable stay. Breakfast buffet was nice - plenty of variety plus including a cook to order egg station. Didn't feel crowded even thought it was busy. Darling Harbour is literally across the road. So convenient to stroll over and...

"Excellent hotel. We loved its central location, good breakfast, and friendly staff, as well as the fact that you can fill up your own drinking water. What we didn't like was that our room was a bit small for two people with large suitcases; there wasn't enough closet space for both of us to unpack. Perhaps the biggest drawback was that the bathroom was very cold. We asked reception to sort this out, but they told us it was the central heating and there was nothing they could do (it was August)....

"Hotel location was peaceful and the receptionist were very kind all the time. There is one time children room the light bulb went off so when we inform them..the action was fast. In the standard room the heater was slow and a bit old...so very noisy during night as we need it in winter time. Breakfast very simple and nice. Wi-fi was very good. Actually, first we did not get the wi-fi access as they said it's not in the package but we manage to show the booking confirmation that includes wi-fi...
