The hotel located at good location, about 3 minutes walk to the Metro station (Victoria Cross). The room is spacious, clean, quiet. Smooth check-in, front desk staff super friendly and helpful. I booked with breakfast buffet, good breakfast with variety of choice. "

"Excellent location with superb views of the harbour, but the whole experience just felt a little underwhelming. Other than in Chi Spa, which was excellent, service felt very perfunctory…obviously polite, but lacking any genuine warmth. The Horizon lounge doesn’t feel in any way exclusive, although offers everything you could want for breakfast. Don’t bother with the afternoon tea, though - literally just scones. The pool is great for lap swimming and they are thankfully strict at kicking out...
