"Staff were very customer focused especially Alex and Luke and a French girl we didn’t get her name. Room was great except shower was slippery. Breakfast was outstanding and Bell hops were great with our luggage!"

"Perfect location especially for our needs with wanting to be located close to circular quay and the rocks. Amazing view of the opera house from both our room and level 36. The lunch was also delicious in the altitude restaurant, and the service was fab. The gym was good, and the spa was also wonderful! The room was also lovely. Thank you! "

"Superior room with amenities, kettle, fridge, ironing board. Slightly smallish in size so getting around the room with luggage on d floor can b quite unpleasant. Location was good as tram is located on behind Street. Hotel Itself is well located to go around Buffet breakfast was quite limited in choices, good enuf for most appetite. Had Western dinner with taste as acceptable. Overall happy with the stay "

"This was my second staycation here, and it was perfect again. The room was cozy and the bed very comfortable. Check in was easy and all the staff so helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is beautiful, a little crowded on my first day, but there was a heatwave in Sydney that weekend. I was lucky enough to have it all to myself the next morning before breakfast. I had room service breakfast, and it was fantastic. "

"We have stayed at this hotel regularly for the past six years, but unfortunately this year’s experience was probably the worst, particularly when it came to breakfast. The bacon and other hot items were consistently only lukewarm and the overall quality of the hot food was poor. This was disappointing given how reliable it has been in previous years. We have always enjoyed staying here, which makes this decline in breakfast quality even more noticeable. We hope this is addressed, as it does not...
