Great location

Only a few minutes' walk from Euston Station, the apartment was the perfect base for our two-day stay in London. Close by were several bars, restaurants, supermarkets and Warren Street tube station.

Well located : central, easy to travel anywhere in town and even walk to some places. Great bakery near by (Miel Bakery). Large room, well equiped. Looekd new except for a bit of mold in the bathroom and a stain on the ceiling.

Can’t tell from the pics but this place is above a restaurant. So it can smell like onions throughout. The floors were not very clean. Pics make it look better than it is. We had to request more towels for our long stay. Kind of cute to have a pedestrian only space right in front of the building. We were pleased with the king bed. Nowhere near enough hangers and they could use some hooks on the wall, (wall hooks seem to not be a thing in the UK). Could be a lot better with some more thoughtful touches - like if ownership spent a couple days there they would immediately see ways to improve. I was also annoyed to learn that laundry machine is in the hall and unsecured. Didn’t feel comfortable doing laundry there and that was a primary reason I booked it. The team was responsive to my requests so that was a good feature.

Fitzroy team super helpful, let down by Hotels.com

The Fitzroy team were great, and property a nice place and conveniently located. We needed to check in early (our fault!) and Grace and the team at Fitzroy went out of their way to help, solved this completely for us, and kept us informed throughout. Thames Water then let the property down with a major water outage over night: while the Fitzroy team were really helpful there was nothing they could do. We then contacted the Hotels.com team who were the complete opposite of helpful. We urgently needed support to find alternative accommodation and the Hotels.com team said they would help us and then ABANDONED us. Really grateful to the Fitzroy team, and very disappointed and frustrated with the Hotels.com team. Eventually this was put right by an escalation team at Expedia, almost a week later. Hotels.com you need to do a lot better.

Points positifs : L'appartement était facile à trouver grâce aux indications fournies. L'emplacement était super avec pleins de commodités (supermarchés, restaurants, transports), on peut facilement accéder au centre de Londres. Points négatifs : isolation phonique (on etait logé au dernier étage, côté route), malheureusement on entendait les voitures, les sirènes, les klaxons.. Ce qui nous a beaucoup gênés pour dormir. Il y avait des remontées de canalisation dans la salle de bain qui laissaient une odeur nauséabonde.

De kamer was proper en het personeel was ook vriendelijk; De matras was een beetje een minpunt , een verenmatras was toch niet alles . Ook veel geluid van buiten vooral van de airco's denk ik . Moesten we nog eens komen zouden we kamer 5 nemen . Al bij al was het een positief verblijf.

Location, location, location - this apartment was centrally located near the Warren St underground station which made it the perfect jumping off point for our stay. It was simply furnished as noted, but really had everything we needed. Immaculately clean

Good Location

The apartment was very near to the undeground train,bus stop and groceries. Cooking equioment and utensil was provided, made us feel like home. Just probably a signage at the ground floor will help future customer to find this place. Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean. Room and floor heating was very helpful. Perhaps could provide 2 bottle of mineral water daily.

Pas mal du tout!

L’appartement est assez spacieux, le lit confortable et il y a ce qu’il faut pour se débrouiller si on veut de faire à manger. La salle de bain est un peu petite. On a trouvé facilement et les instructions reçues par mail étaient claires. Un peu dommage de ne pas avoir vu quelqu’un en chair et en os. L’appartement que nous avons eu donne sur une avenue très passante mais nous n’avons pas été plus dérangé que ça par le passage des ambulances. Prenez les boules quies au cas où ! Il est très bien placé le métro n’est pas loin et la ligne est à un arrêt d’Oxford circus.

Avoid

bare, cool room with mini kitchen. Third floor without elevator with plastered wall in the stairwell due to moisture. The room itself is ok. Small table. No couch, although there is room for it. . Only two seats. Basic kitchen. but not even a toaster. What particularly bothered me were the filthy windows. not cleaned in times. really nasty. I couldn't see through it. and then the noise. very noisy room. I sat on the back and could hear all the traffic canon Euston Road. check in was supposedly from 2 pm but at 2.15 pm I came in and the cleaning man had to start almost. price-quality total, but also totally out of balance.

Ottima posizione (2 minuti dalla fermata metro e vicino a parecchi locali per mangiare, ottimo il forno sotto casa!). Appartamento molto pulito e dotato di comfort (asciugacapelli, asciugamani, saponi, ventilatore, ferro da stiro). Angolo cottura utile e ben fornito (dotato di bollitore, fornetto, piatti, bicchieri e utensili vari, addirittura c'era il detersivo per i piatti con una spugnetta pulita!). Da migliorare le spiegazioni per raggiungere l'appartamento, è poco visibile se non si conosce il posto, è nascosto dal locale sottostante. Buone le spiegazioni per entrare in stanza, check in e check out effettuati senza problemi nonostante l'assenza della reception. A pochi passi da regent's park! È situato in una zona tranquilla anche di sera.

Okay stay but needs air con,too warm otherwise!,

Great location and clean apartment. Only let down which was major considering it was 32 degrees (being very warm) was the fact that it had no air conditioning. When asked they said, “we don’t advertise air con”. The windows did not open above 1 inch so there was absolutely no air! We had to buy a fan as the one they provide is useless.

No A/C No A/C No A/C Very important so I have to repeat this 3 times, if you decide to stay here during the summer you will most likely become roast meat in an oven. Definitely NOT recommend for summer. However, if you visit London during fall/winter season, this place could be really nice, it has floor heating. Location is really good, close to subway and if you take Eurostar from Paris to London St Pancras International you will find this place is really close to train station.
