"Rooms were very clean. Staff was nice and very helpful. Breakfast and all in room dining was delicious. We had an issue at the SPA but the manager took care of everything she was great! My only issue is the price of the candy drinks etc. in ou room I would have bought a lot more if the prices weren't so high. That was a little disheartening. The hotel is beautiful and clean. We really had a wonderful time. Thank you."

"The check in process is annoying, I understand they want to sell timeshare’s, but some of us are there just because it’s a Hilton property. I did not like the heavy pressure to take their 90+ minute sales pitch, it made the check-in process uncomfortable. Now, for the opposite side of customer experience… VALET WAS TOP NOTCH. Seriously.
