"Would not recommend"

"The good thing was it was close to the concert venue and had a lot of concert goers there. Not so good- Tablet check -ins with no explanations. No explanation of how to access the wifi which as not very good, the cable tv stations were lacking. The slanted travel of the elevators were scary. Food prices were high. There was no place to sit if you did not want to gamble. Transportation was expensive. I will not go there again."

"The hotel is nice. The rooms we stayed in were so so. In comparison to the hotel lobby and exterior, it didn’t match up. Plus we had a bad view to the roof of the hotel. We also had a bad experience in that they wanted to charge us for two mini bar items, a lovers kit and some other random alcohol. "I really liked the app check in. I checked in when I was on my way and as soon as I got there, went straight to my room. Very convenient. There was a couple of very small things that we needed in the room and one call to concierge and they took care of it. Really fast. The rooms were super nice and very spacious. Loved the rooms."

"The hotel is beautiful and huge. There’s no doubt that you’re paying for the luxury of the Bellagio and its central location. However, there were a few non-negotiables for me personally that made me rate it 3 stars instead of 5. The thermostat only goes down to 65 degrees. Anywhere else, that would be acceptable, but the room never actually got to 65. It was hot. The room was spacious but didn’t even have a coffee maker. We brought our own snacks knowing the hotel would up charge for theirs. They ended up charging us for taking a snack which we never touched.
