"Everything was good"

"We checked in at 8:30 pm and our room was not ready. We waited 2 hours before asking for an update. We were told our room was being cleaned at that moment. An hour later, no contact--they had said they would text us. Inquired again at the front desk and we were offered a different room as the type of room we reserved still wasn't ready. At this point it was almost midnight and we have two little kids. Our room was an upgrade but didn't have enough beds. Staff were very nice and apologetic. Clearly this hotel was short-staffed and probably need to prioritize/communicate better. Room was very nice and clean but we probably won't stay here again."

"There was nothing in the kitchen, no coffee maker of any kind, and no hair dryer. I would at least expect a coffee maker and a hairdryer. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean, but TV was too small for the room and was hard to see from the beds. I really wanted to love this place so we could come back again and again, but I need to think about it. "

"We stay here 2-3 times a year and have never been disappointed. The Tuscany Tower is our favorite. Rooms are nicely appointed and very quiet."

"We did not go to the bar or order room service. We did go to the pool and the pool attendant was so nice and did her duty keeping children safe when parents where not watching their kids. We also went to Rosie's Cafe and the staff were great and attentive. "

"The room smelled like a dirty diaper. The door had been kicked in and had a 1/2 inch gap when it was shut, so you could hear people and smell them smoking. In the room the lighting was poor. The countertop was broken by the sink and there was hair on the shower walls. The paint was broken off on the inside of the bathroom door."

"Great property.. lots of restaurants within walking distance. Coffee shop was awesome.. she had my coffee ready every morning. "

"The room was Great! Clean. We only stayed one night but overall it was good. It would have been nice if there was body soap and we're able to connect to the wifi with only one device, our other devices could not connect after. It didn't really bother us since it was just a short stay. Communication can be improved. I would stay here again if in town."
