"The lobby wasn’t clean and it took way too long to check in especially since i did pre checked in before getting there. The room was fine but there were a few things that were just gross. The silverware was dirty in the draws. The bed sheets had stains and the toilet paper had a brown spot on it. The shower had black mold."

"I have NEVER in all my times of traveling been or stay at the most unclean unprofessional lack of communication lack of service hotel ever in my life first let’s start with this I arrived off a flight that was from the previous day so I needed too check in early was very tired from a 4 hr flight was told by hotel that they would check me in early once the guess checked out my room would be top priority do you think that happened know wound up waiting til 3 pm too check in I arrived at 9 am....
