"Will never retune to this property ever again! First of all, this is a timeshare location. Staff is a rude and not helpful at all the person that did my check-in was a very rude, not accommodating so could not provide any information about the properties basically had new keys and told me to go take a seat and wait until my room is ready. "We stayed in a one-bedroom family suite with a pool view, and it exceeded our expectations. The suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Having a separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a pullout sofa for our son gave everyone plenty of room to spread out.

"We’re a family of four and stayed for 10 nights. Everything was great, and we would definitely return. We were also lucky enough to get one of the remodeled units, which was very nice.
The only downside was the laundry setup. There was only one washing machine and one dryer for the entire floor, and neither accepted credit cards. We had to get coins from the front desk just to use them, which was inconvenient."
