"The property was very clean and easy to get around in .
Everyone was friendly and helpful.
One negative was this room was privately owned and the process for getting the room cleaned and fresh towels was not easy at all.
The room owner needs to post the instructions and phone number for their cleaning service clearly on the room description and inside the room itself .
Lastly ,
On Friday night we could not park on site as the parking garage was full and made

"Only bad-my room wasnt ready at 430pm "they sold them all but had 1 being cleaned" an hour later I was told the room was ready, went to check in "that one is locked out" I finally got a room that wasnt what I booked. Also I dont care for them never cleaning your room switching towels or new trash bags unless u find a housekeeper that speaks English. Good luck with that!

"I thought I picked a room with a balcony, but it ended up being a lottery on what I got. I saw some dings on the wall upon arrival, the room is always warm and the ac doesn’t get it cold enough, and the toilet flush was low flow…
Fair warning, the listing is 3rd party owned and not part of the hotel itself. That being said, the phone in the room will not dial and you’d have to communicate directly through Expedia’s messaging system."
