"The concept and space was clean and as described. However worh it being a newer establishment they still have some bugs to work out. There were issues with power surges when using certain appliances. The response time from service request were very slow. One request we placed was not completed at all but was marked completed in the application. Some od the amenities eere not available. Lastly there weren't clear directions or signage on which entrance or side od the property the rental/hotel...

"Property is run down and dingy. The shower was cracked, stained, and full of mildew. The separate jacuzzi tub was nice except the jacuzzi jets feature did not work. Went to use the washing machine, it smelled awful, left it open for two days to air it out, but the mildew stench was overwhelming so we couldn’t do laundry. Arcade was great for kids, but nothing works in it. The kids won tickets and didn’t load to the cards. Spoke to manager about it and they said it’s happening to everyone but...

"Not able to pick room "with a view". May end up with unit facing a wall. Even though reservation made months in advance, "not able/allowed" to request room with a view! Probably last time to request a stay."

"My review is on the 2 -1 bedroom Suites I purchased. On Expedia hotel description it was advertised with a balcony. I got a room with a balcony the balcony door was locked. Truthfully there’s only 12 rooms that have balconies and they are first come first serve. I was highly disappointed couldn’t get a refund so I had to make the best of this situation. Also, we left something in their room within 30 minutes we realize and tried to go back. They wanted us to wait until 6 o’clock to retrieve...
