"We are from Hawaii and celebrated our family reunion in Vegas. During our stay, 2 of our siblings got sick and admitted in 2 different hospitals in Vegas. Manager William was so compassionate and helped us extend our time at the hotel at a discounted price. We are so forever grateful to him because we didn’t know how long we were going to be there. "It was our first time going our family was there from a Sunday to Tuesday. Everything was great checking in the place was clean. Some of the staff are very friendly and very helpful. Did have maybe two staff members that were not so helpful and rude. Did have to go downstairs to make sure my son was able to visit even though his name was on the list manager did take care of it was very helpful. Other than that it is a great place and I would visit it again."

"Didn’t really have a lot of info on the booking and when we checked in we were told there is no housekeeping or anything because it is a private owned place and they should have provided instructions for all of this on our reservation with Expedia, however it only says personal decorations, but nothing else that eludes to this."

"The property was very clean and easy to get around in .
Everyone was friendly and helpful.
One negative was this room was privately owned and the process for getting the room cleaned and fresh towels was not easy at all.
The room owner needs to post the instructions and phone number for their cleaning service clearly on the room description and inside the room itself .
Lastly ,
On Friday night we could not park on site as the parking garage was full and made
