"It was my first time back at the Venetian after many years, and I'm happy to say that it is still as beautiful and well-kept as ever! They've done a great job of maintenance, and the customer service was 5 stars all around! Guest services sent a text the morning after check-in to see if we needed anything, and each time I asked a question, they responded right away. Very impressive for a hotel this size! I highly recommend it, and will definitely stay here again for future trips. ...

"The room was spotless and beautiful. The view was over the top and the staff top notch. There was a little snafu halfway through the trip. They had some construction and had to block our windows and they moved us fast and easy would highly recommend staying here."
