"Loved the cleanliness, awesome staff, and VERY quiet. We heard no noise whatsoever. The only thing I didn’t like was that they offered gummies and water, which made it look free, but there was a small sign that said to check the tablet in the room for prices. Our tablet didn’t work. I felt it was sleazy of them to make it look free (we were about to open it, but thank God thought of to phone the front desk first), when it wasn’t. I wish they were transparent with their prices, instead of trying...

"My shower would not turn on and the facilities team never came. It was my last night and I didn't want to wait the next morning in the long check out line to tell them. Also, there is never anyone to talk to on the phone except for the ai Rita. Any time I asked for an operator it said it would be a very long wait. I feel I should be credited the last night, but I couldn't ever get in touch with anyone. "
