"Hotel was new and not run down. We stayed 3 nights and towels were changed once, bed was never made or linens changed during our stay. Biggest problem was lukewarm showers for all 3 days - this was the same for our room and the rooms of 3 other guests we knew staying in the hotel too"

"Decently clean room. For a simple business stay for two nights, i was satisfied with my stay. Staff were courteous and were ready to accommodate whenever i should have needed it. Air conditioning works (used the heater most of the time), towels were replaced before the next night i came back in, and i was able to properly rest. One thing i noticed though was some stains on the towels. If this was cleaned and bleached a little bit better and with care, it would have been a 5 star rating for me...

"The room was very clean, including the bathroom, which we appreciated. The beds were on the smaller side, and the walls are fairly thin, we could hear neighbors arguing around 3 a.m., although that’s not really the hotel’s fault. There was also a noticeable smell in the room, I can only describe it as an old bar smell, like stale beer and cigarettes. "Nice place"

"The hotel does not have microwaves and the restaurants will not heat anything up. I had a medically prescribed meal that needed warming and it could not be done. They also told me that I didn't prepay for the room when I did. I had to go into my expedia app to show proof. That was frustrating. They did provide extra pillows very quickly when asked. "

"This place is overpriced, dirty feeling, dark, and staff assistance non existent. No wifi except piggy backing off the casino. The casino is a small and dingy as well. I do not recommend. 40 min from Reno with the fastest way driving back to 80 in Cali - Truckee."

"Room was okay. Basic. In-the-wall AC/heater unit. Housekeeping skipped stopping by and restocking coffee and trash once. One coffee pod given per night for 4-cup machine. Most annoying part was us getting there and our room being ready, yet being charged a $25 fee to check in “early” after a long travel day. "Staff was super friendly and welcoming. The bed was large and comfy. Great location for being near all the fun stuff in Carson. Downside was the free breakfast.. hard pass."

"The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. "
