"I like the location as it is convenient and close to lots of interesting things. But the hotel itself is very old. The toilets were not flushing properly. It was hot in the rooms and we had no control on the thermostat. The entrance smell like fish all the time."

"The area is very quiet which is amazing that after the hussle and bustle of central London to come to rest at the end of the day at their lovely spot. Amazing view of skyline of Canary Wharf. Lovely Promenade walk jusy at the doorstep of the hotel. Very good link to central london with a bus stop just outside the hotel. Quiet , pleasant and spacious rooms."

"Great hotel, convenient location right near a bus stop that took us to all the attractions we wanted to see. The rooms are small but very clean and exactly what we needed. The breakfast for £8 was delicious and we really enjoyed the unlimited tea and coffee options available. Would stay here again!"

"We traveled with a 1-year-old and were unfortunately placed on a floor that was under construction during our stay. The noise was very disruptive, especially during nap time and overnight, which made it difficult for our baby to sleep comfortably. The room itself was clean, and the staff was attentive and friendly.
