"Amazing central to everything loved it"

"No AC!! The room was so hot, they provided a desk fan, we were wet through all through the night. And when we awoke, it was just terrible. The view did not make up for the lack of AC. Also, the bathroom and the fittings are old wuth black mold on the shower fixtures around the bath, and the back of the bathroom door it was like an animal that scratched all the paint off. This building wants demolishing and a new hotel"

"They never alerted me that the air conditioning was not working and it would be boiling hot 95F in my room. I walked in the room to find out about all of this and immediately went to the front desk and they said there were no rooms with air conditioning since e their system was broken. The only option they gave me was to get an immediate refund and I am still waiting for a refund. This place is run terribly and should be removed from being on expedia."

"Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The Room Service, front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. We also really enjoyed the restaurant and bar, both of which offered great food, drinks, and service. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and was a great way to start the day."

"We loved our stay at The Baileys Hotel in London. It is a well maintained and clean property in an excellent location for touring around London. It is across the street from the Gloucester tube stop which can get you just about anywhere you want to go in London. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
