"We stayed 4 nights. the personal is always excellent, well educated the best.. However the housekeeping was lacking and room lacked basic toaltteries making it less than a 5 star (5 star is about details) We had to call and ask a toothpaste etc. My slippers was taken away and I had to call to get slippers. Also middle of our stay a laundry bags and order plates were removed as well making it impossible to place a breakfast card on the door handle. Not even tipping a housekeeping 20-30 a day...

"Hotel was located right in front of tower bridge which was stunning at night and during the day. Room was big but was not that fancy or nice. It did what it had to do. There were some scuff marks on the walls if anyone cares about that. It was perfect for us to come home and sleep. Located near uber boat, tram, and buses. There is also a cute bar/restaurant right in front of the building if weather is good you should definitely check it out."

"Die Unterkunft überzeugt durch ihre günstige Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum nächsten Bahnhof, wodurch das Stadtzentrum schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar ist. Auch Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars und Fast-Food-Ketten befinden sich in direkter Umgebung. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Mit den Zimmern waren wir ebenfalls sehr zufrieden. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war der Zugang zur hauseigenen App, über die man jederzeit Kontakt mit der Rezeption...

"While our room was small, it was very comfortable, and the location can't be beat - right in the center of London. Great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff - we were able to get a later checkout and the staff helped with luggage and getting a cab to the airport. "

"Sauberes Zimmer am Anfang, geputzt wird nicht. Bei Handtüchern und Klopapier wird gespart, aber auf Anfrage bekommt man alles. Personal sehr nett, es ist immer jemand vor Ort. Im März gab es noch eine Rezeption, jetzt gibt es nur noch Self-checken. Lage ist einwandfrei!"

"The toilet in out room had to be flushed multiple times before going down. The bedding had something on it that looked like mucus. "

"Location very good. Check in good. Went to the room and checked and found the bed sheet, pillows cases and duvet cover was not change. The double bed sheet was very creased and had body fluid stains in the middle of the bed. The sofa bed also was dirty. I went down to the bar reception ask there was a duty manager and told her that bed sheet was not change. She immediately informed housekeeper to rectify the problem. The housekeeper came to the room within 5 minutes to see the situation and...

"The location of Riu hotel was perfect. A short 5 minutes walk to Victoria Station subway. And 3 subway stations away from London's best attractions! The breakfast was a game changer. Comparable, in variety and quality to what you get on 5* cruises! If you consider that the average price of a small cappuccino in London is 5 GBP, that buffet breakfast was amazing! "
